Joe Harrington is the founding attorney of Harrington Law, PLLC. He is an experienced Family Law Attorney, representing clients in all areas of Family Law throughout the Treasure Valley. As a Boise native, Joe has a deep familiarity with the local courts and community. Clients appreciate his clear communication, thorough preparation and steady advocacy, balancing strategic negotiation with practical, real-world solutions. By intentionally keeping his practice small, Joe ensures each client receives focused, one-on-one representation from start to finish.
Devory Harrington
Paralegal/ Operations Manager
Devory Harrington serves as the firm's Paralegal and Operations Manager. With years of experience supporting family law matters, she manages client communication, filings and case organization with precision and care. Having personally navigated family law proceedings, Devory brings empathy and insight to her role, helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the process. Also a Boise native, Devory takes pride in serving local families and collaborates closely with Joe to provide organized, client-centered service, ensuring every family receives attentive, one-on-one support.
